How to return your order
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team or log into your account to start your return within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Items
Place items in their original packaging if possible. Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label we'll send you (US orders). Drop off at any carrier location.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
